Certified as an NCSF Personal Trainer, Ola has also earned her formal degree from Saint Petersburg University Of Humanities and Social Sciences in Russia, enriching her deep understanding of the human body and mind.

I first discovered yoga in my late 20s. I had planned to take a Pilates class, but I had heard that Hot Yoga was both difficult and enjoyable. I had tried a few classes here and there before without much success. It wasn’t at all to my taste. I used to be a gym rat, also I ran a lot, but after my knees started to bother me I became addicted to Pilates.

I was on my way to Pilates when I decided to stop by a hot yoga studio where the class was being taught in Spanish. It was 90 minutes of torture, and even though I like to think of myself as physically fit, that day I completely gave up. I was sprawled out across the floor, and as I looked around, I couldn’t believe that people could do such amazing things there in the heat. I thought the people around me were crazy; I was laughing hard, it was all that I could do … then I started going three times a week and pretty much couldn’t stop.

I loved the way it made me feel. I started to understand my body’s needs better, and I was able to tap into my intuition. It began as physical practice, evolved into a deeper level of connection and changed my life in ways I never even dared to imagine
